The main body of the device is the shell, which acts as a heat sink. All components such as switching power supplies and RF modules are integrated inside the device. The shell is generally made of aluminum alloy and is die-cast by various molds. This heat dissipation method is mostly used in environments with relatively harsh external conditions, such as places with strong winds and sand, a lot of dust, and places that require explosion-proof shells (such as gas stations, oil depots, hazardous chemical warehouses, etc.). Mobile phone signal jammers that use this heat dissipation method generally have a wide coverage range and strong adaptability to harsh environments. Natural heat dissipation ensures the normal operation of the internal RF module. In this method, the radiator used by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jammersignal.com\/\">jammer<\/a> is mainly aluminum profiles. After the chassis shell is cut and installed, the RF module and power light assembly are placed inside. The heat dissipation process includes two parts. First, the heat inside the chassis is discharged to the outside of the chassis, and at the same time, the external air is sucked in to form air convection to transport the heat to the external environment. Secondly, a fan is installed in the heat sink area corresponding to the radiator module to actively dissipate the heat from the area with higher heat generation to ensure the normal operation of the
