Natuurlijke warmteafvoer:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krachtig <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jammersignal.com\/nl\/product-category\/cell-phone-signal-jammer\/\">stoorzenders voor mobiele telefoons<\/a> die gebruik maken van natuurlijke warmteafvoer gebruiken over het algemeen een volledig afgesloten warmteafvoerschil. Het hoofdonderdeel van het apparaat is het omhulsel, dat fungeert als koellichaam. Alle componenten zoals schakelende voedingen en RF-modules zijn in het apparaat ge\u00efntegreerd. Het omhulsel is over het algemeen gemaakt van een aluminiumlegering en is gegoten in verschillende matrijzen. Deze warmteafvoermethode wordt meestal gebruikt in omgevingen met relatief zware externe omstandigheden, zoals plaatsen met sterke wind en zand, veel stof en plaatsen die explosieveilige omhulsels vereisen (zoals benzinestations, oliedepots, gevaarlijke chemische opslagplaatsen, enz.) Warmteafvoer met hulpventilator:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een andere warmteafvoermethode die wordt gebruikt door stoorzenders met een hoog vermogen voor mobiele telefoons is warmteafvoer via een hulpventilator. Bij deze methode wordt de radiator die door de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jammersignal.com\/nl\/\">stoorzender<\/a> bestaat voornamelijk uit aluminium profielen. Nadat het chassis is gesneden en ge\u00efnstalleerd, worden de RF-module en de voedingslamp erin geplaatst. De warmteafvoer bestaat uit twee delen. Ten eerste wordt de warmte in het chassis afgevoerd naar de buitenkant van het chassis en tegelijkertijd wordt de buitenlucht aangezogen om luchtconvectie te vormen en de warmte naar de externe omgeving te transporteren. Ten tweede wordt er een ventilator ge\u00efnstalleerd in het koellichaamgebied dat overeenkomt met de radiateurmodule om de warmte actief af te voeren van het gebied met een hogere warmteontwikkeling
